NUMBER OF GUESTS, APPROX SERVING TIME, AND TYPE OF SERVICE (Cocktail, Buffet, Family Style, Rental Equipment, etc.) In the busy season May - Sept this is all the info you need to place a reservation.

    Cocktail Party
These types of parties can range from a simple intimate get together to an out-of-body experence depending on the number of guests and your budget. This type of party is also great for an OPEN HOUSE type atmosphere where guests can come and go as the please with no set time frame other than start and finish. Listed below are some ideas on how things work.

  • Hors D'oeuvres passed - Great for tight space areas where you do not have room for an elaborate buffet set-up. This is also a great way to give your guests a very personelized pampered feeling. You have more control over the quantity of food required for the party.

  • Hors D'oeuvres buffet - In this format you can be very creative in blending decorations, props, and food to make a stunning presentation to your guests. This format also allows your guests to eat at their own pace and in the amount that will satisfy their hunger.

  • Hors D'oeures buffet stations - Multiple stations can be set-up for large crowds 300+ to ease congestion around the food table as well as direct guests to different points of interest at the event site. Each station can have a different theme and corresponding menu items.

  • Buffet - This is a standard set-up used for most parties. A table laden with all the menu items is located close to the general seating area for guests to pass by and select what ever they would like to eat. If china and flatware are used it is common to have some items used for eating already set-up at each place setting so your guests do not have to balance to many things on the way back to their seat.
