  • Whole Roasted Pig
    One of these options can be added to the
    Entree selections in the Buffet-II Package listed above.

  • Option#1 - deliverd whole completely cooked
    We roast a whole pig at Mario's in our custom ovens, afterwords we decorate the pig and place it a stainless pan used for transportation and breakdown, this stainless pan is a returnable item.

    The food arrives and will be set-up so that there will be extra time for the pig to be displayed to your guests before serving begins. BBQ sauce is included and packed seperate.

    A carver is also required to complete the final step of de-boning and slicing of the meat. The customer can do this or you must add the CARVER option listed below.

    (EXAMPLE #1: Pig as the only entree + side dishes = 7.65 per person + optional carver below)
    (EXAMPLE #2: Pig + 1 regular entree = 8.65 per person + optional carver below)
    (EXAMPLE #3: Pig + 2 regular entrees = 9.65 per person + optional carver below)

  • Option #2 - delivered raw & cooked on-site
    We slow roast a whole pig at your event location on a charcoal rotisserie 5-7 hours before serving time, providing atmosphere as well as a culinary cooking show for any interested guests.
    An electrical outlet is required for operation and should be considered with the wind direction and weather conditions before selecting a cooking site. In a rain day situation if no other shelter is available a 10x10 frame tent can be added for $100.00

    The prices listed above are for the basic service. Special locations or events that require services like 1 or more additional names to be insurred, higher insurance limits (than one million dollars that our policy states), additional labor, extended serving or clean-up time, special or additional serving equipmet, and distant delivery zones, there may be additional charges. Our event coordinator will assist you in determinimg these factors.

    Gratuity is not included for the waitstaff. If you are pleased with the service and feel that you would like to give a gratuity it would be greatly appreciated by our staff. A general guide for a banquet gratuity is between (6%-15%)of the food total, that amount is divided by the number of staff at the event. A gratuity can be added to your bill and distrbuted by Mario's or cash can be given to your head waitstaff person the day of the event.

  • Set-Up Room:
    We will need a kitchen or work space that can be used as a staging area. On outdoor events this can be a production tent.
  • Shipping Options:
    Mario's truck delivery included up to zone 3. Higher delivery zones require additional cost based on distance & if gas is + $2.00 add 1.5% of total invoice.
  • Time Sequence:
    Equipment delivery - (made the day prior to event date if possible) or some time before a minimum of 2-1/2 hours before the event start time. In the winter months it is critical to have the equipment at the site a day earlier to warm up. Some adjustments in time planning must be made if a Ceremony will happen at the event site. Mario's labor starts at the site 2 hours before the event start time.

    Children (using a seat and are 7yrs and less) * will count as 2 for the price of 1 adult

    The prices listed above are for the basic service. Special locations or events that require services like 1 or more additional names to be insurred, higher insurance limits (than one million dollars that our policy states), additional labor, extended serving or clean-up time, special or additional serving equipmet, and distant delivery zones, there may be additional charges. Our event coordinator will assist you in determinimg these factors.

    Gratuity is not included for the waitstaff. If you are pleased with the service and feel that you would like to give a gratuity it would be greatly appreciated by our staff. A general guide for a banquet gratuity is between (6%-15%)of the food total, that amount is divided by the number of staff at the event. A gratuity can be added to your bill and distrbuted by Mario's or cash can be given to your head waitstaff person the day of the event.

  • Pricing:
    per person basis + 10% tax + (6%-15%) tip that is not mandatory but greatly appreciated by our staff.

    Due on the Monday prior to the event date for weekend parties. Count should be a for a full guest table set-up.
  • Set-Up Room:
    We will need a kitchen or work space that can be used as a staging area. On outdoor events this can be a production tent.
  • Shipping Options:
    Mario's truck delivery included up to zone 3. Higher delivery zones require additional cost based on distance & if gas is + $2.00 add 1.5% of total invoice.
  • Time Sequence:
    Equipment delivery - (made the day prior to event date if possible) or some time before a minimum of 2-1/2 hours before the event start time. In the winter months it is critical to have the equipment at the site a day earlier to warm up. Some adjustments in time planning must be made if a Ceremony will happen at the event site. Mario's labor starts at the site 2 hours before the event start time.
